back up to 150.
Sure, the last couple of weeks have been horrid, and I’ve let my guard down. I’ve been binging, but not purging. This weekend, I’m going to fast.

Stress.
This week has legit been the worst week in existence. And it’s only Tuesday to top it off. Dear lord. The only thing I’m using to my advantage is that I’m not overly hungry.
There’s been no weight gain or loss, which is good I suppose in one aspect. But I need to find ways of dealing with the stress that is seemingly growing in mass amounts day by day. Yikes. How do you...
